Asset Management

Responsible for the registration and daily management of fixed assets in student dormitories, covering 12 dormitory buildings, 2 basements and 2 further-education dormitories: Student Dormitories No. 1–8, Zhongnan Building, Liubei Building, Doctor South & North Building (counted as one), and the Graduate Apartment; the basements of Buildings No. 5 and No. 26; and the Guesthouse and Motor Pool further-education dormitories. Each building keeps its own fixed-asset ledger, which rolls up into an overall fixed-asset ledger, and regular verification produces the audited fixed-asset ledger — keeping all ledgers and the physical assets consistent. I also handle asset additions, transfers and disposals to protect the integrity of public assets.
